This time, Lone Wolf responds to the call for help from the president of Magador. Magador is a poor country on the borders of the Darklands, where remnants of the forces of the Darklords still linger. Terrifying phenomena appear in the sky above Magador, and storms sweep through the north while some unknown destructive force completely destroys the hamlet of Vorn. And this area is alarmingly close to Maakengorge, the cursed Chasm of Doom, where the spirit of Vashna, the first and mightiest of the Darklords, is trapped...

This is another Lone Wolf adventure that, besides the usual action, has a mystery. For the first time since the Prisoners of Time, we have a journey into another plane of existence - one that will later prove to be part of the Plane of Darkness.
